We ordered these, thinking they were 1 piece, similar to their brass ones. Well when the ordered came they were 2 piece swivels. Called and another batch was sent, same thing. Called again and the tech put in a note to the warehouse to check. The picture was incorrect and all were 2 piece swivels. SupplyHouse was nice about it and refunded our $$. We did order a lot of other items that were correctly identified and we are quite happy with the products and service.
Note: our water likes brass, especially the new type and we had swivels leak because the rubber gasket does not seat completely.
