The Best I have Found
The frost free sillcocks I have purchased locally have fallen apartas they were very flimsy in design and manufacture. I purchased this one to see if it met a better standard for replacement. It does meet a much higher standard. The tube, handle, seat and seal ar much heavier and will surely last far longer than the previous (2 years and already junk). I will be ordering to replace all of them over the next month. Also, Supply House has been exceptional in service and supply.

Buyer beware, no replacement parts available
I loved these sillcocks when I installed 5 of them a few years ago. But with any plumbing part that is dependent on gaskets and seals, they will eventually need to be serviced. I had one start to develop a leak no matter how tightly I shut it off. It turns out the only way to get replacement parts (according to supply house that is) is to canabilize a new unit and replace the parts that way. I'm going to try and find out who makes these for them to see if the parts exist elsewhere.

Junk!
Poorly made, no closing stop so customer will keep turning until it snaps. Junk. Now I have to buy a good one and replace this on my dime. At least give us a selection for quality parts.

Q: What is that black rubber like item that is in this picture with the Siphon? is it a washer? is it necessary or required for installation? i see not every siphon or vendor who sells this, has one.

This is termed "inside sweat" to indicate that in addition to the 1/2" male threads on the outside of the inlet, you can bypass the threads completely and sweat a 1/2" copper pipe into the inlet if you'd like. It just depends on what can of pipe you will be connecting to the hydrant.
