Great product and worked perfectly
I've been plumbing for many years and I love these direct connects. Makes this much easier as long as you know what you're doing. The negative review was definitely a weekend warrior and got in over his head. Pay no mind to the negative review.

Not Utterly Useless
I'm guessing the previous reviewer is a DIYer rather than a plumbing professional. Otherwise, he'd know that there are plenty of sinks that have their basins at different elevations. This product is great for many of these situations.
