Not Pefect
This sillcock seems to be of decent quality. My criticism would be that the diameter of the mounting flange is not large enough to catch the existing screws when replacing an existing Mansfield sillcock.

Good product
I've installed quite a few of these over the last year or two and no issues to report. Pretty basic design, I like the 1/2" MIP connection because I can convert it to CPVC, press or PEX. The washer is replaceable. Make sure you tell the homeowner to disconnect the hose in the winter because it will freeze.

Built for failure
Removal of stem pipe (9) to guarantee Seal Packing (15) from damage during soldering can cause flapper (13) to hang up on the nipple (19) internal female stem threads out side of spring seat (12). The spring seat (12) and seal packing (15) are screwed (16) together. The assembly is pulled free of the retainer o-ring (11) when the flapper (13) catches on the internal stem threads. The spring seat (12) is made of brass and cannot be removed by a magnet run down the pipe. The spring seat and packing are behind the stem threads. The silcock will have to be removed and installed a second time. This can also happen when the packing (15) is changed in the future.
