Puro stainless
I do a lot of work on wells in my area and most of the wells give pretty rough water. I prefer using stainless steel as much as I can in a well system and I've had good luck with these Boshart fittings. I was skeptical at first because of the other reviews claiming they were galling the threads but on any stainless to stainless connection I use the Blue Monster gray tape and the Boshart gray thread sealant. I dope, tape, then dope again and have yet to have a single issue with galling. I would highly recommend these fittings!
