Just what I was looking for
We have several heating zones for tenants in our building. Heating only, no cooling. We wanted to limit their ability to turn up the thermostat beyond an upper limit that we set on the device. The instructions were easy to follow to accomplish this, and installation was easy. The one issue was that we had just one white wire and one red wire which was not really mentioned in the instructions. Pretty easy to figure out though that one of the several terminals was labeled R and another one W1 or something similar. It works great!

I do not recommend this Thermostat
It was very accurate for 3 days. After that it would vary + or minus 5 degrees. I had purchased two of them. The second one was not accurate right out of the box. SH was quick to respond with an RMA and a full refund.

Great Stat
Needed a thermostat that had an adjustable dead band/ differential so propane wall furnace would not short cycle. Braeburn stat did a great job

Awesome
An older Braeburn thermostat was replaced because it would routinely overshoot the set point on an in floor hydronic system. The new Braeburn 1025NC has eliminated that problem.

This heat only thermostat works great
Simple, effective, and works great with REZNOR UDAP100 heater for my shop. simple.. only 4-wires ! Love that REZNOR includes a power transformer with their unit so you don't need batteries for thermostat.

Good thermostat for the most part
I use this thermostat for my central air hvac system. Works fine although it does cycle my system a little more frequently than I would like. I changed the temperature differential to 2, but it still cycles faster than I expected. Other than all that I would say it's a good basic thermostat.

Q: Have an old gas floor furnace. Current thermostat is a Honeywell Round for heat only. I want a thermostat that is battery optional. Will the screen light and memory on the Braeburn 1025NC be powered, without batteries, if hardwired to house current?

Q: I have a electric heating system that uses a Aube relay to control baseboards and I am having trouble finding a thermostat that works well, all the heat only ones I have tried cycle the heaters at around 12 minutes which is a 5 per hour cycle whether it needs heat or not so these other thermostats (honeywell and White Rodgers) get the heat to the setpoint and then kick back on in exactly 12 minutes even if the temp is still at the set point, This is causing the system to run more than it needs to. I see this thermostat has a adjustable differential instead of the cycles per hour system. Would this be a good choice for my electric heat system controled by the Aube relay with 24v transformer?
