Bring your oil burner into the 21st century!
This control is what the oil burner industry needed! It has a lot of very helpful diagnostic info on it to make sure everything is running properly. There's also a handy alarm output that you can use to trigger an alarm input on a thermostat (such as the ecobee SI/EMS), the screen tells you exactly what is happening or why the burner has locked out. It's easy to reset or set parameters. This control does require constant power, so if you don't currently have a powered control you will need to install a jumper wire (included)

Cheap. Failed after 18 months, in zero degree temperatures. Had to pay a $200 service call to replace. Would not recommend this brand. Our last (a different manufacturer) lasted 15 years.

Everything one could ask for in a universal replacement
Have used these before. Easy to setup and most functions are programable. Control saves extensive diagnostic data for last 32 faults. The current production have updated software and slightly different default values. Extensive installation and setup instructions for the pro installer. Accepts the Carlin Connect Bluetooth interface adaptor, unfortunately SupplyHouse apparently does not stock the Bluetooth adaptor at this time0

Very universal and no app needed
This is our go to primary control. Easily configured to work with systems that have a valve, or need pre-purge. So far, no failures.

Best primary controle on the market today.
Personaly I think this is the best primary controle on the market today. This is such an invaluable diagnostic tool if you wire it correctly. I also like how they designed the hard lockout feature, it's very simple to reset but really does force the customer to call a professional. I also really like that you don't need to purchase a seperate diagnostic tool to read what the system is doing. Everything is built into one controle like it should be.

Best oil primary control on the market.
Any primary that has to be replaced (Carlin,Wayne,Beckett) I allways replace it with the pro-x primary.
It offer so many features app connectivity diag and amp draw and ohms and fault history 100% but this over genesis or 8184g

I used to be just a BECKETT Guy, but I've changed over from the to this control. Here ohms is displayed easily no need to "Bluetooth your phone" or "carry around another meter that cost extra money for nothing. If you have those annoying systems that need constant electronic ignition you can simply change it in the LCD menu.
Would like a jumper to come with the control that jumps L1 with LIMIT, that's my only gripe. But again it's not to hard to simple wire nut L1/LIMIT/ORANGE but it takes up more space.
