My sewer pipe cracked and had to replace it. I put in an order for the cast iron trap and a bunch of other fittings. I figured that the cast iron trap would come damaged only because its heavy and cast iron, it did not. The entire order came in 2 days, not only that but I had to send back a lot of the items that were not used. To be honest I was a little embarrassed that a lot of it had not been used. When I call for a return slip the woman I talked to was very nice and helpful. I was charged for the return shipping label which I had no problem to pay that. The items arrived back at there Warehouse and I was credited back on my account. Thank You for the ease of doing bussiness with your company.
