Great Stat but lacks customer service
I purchased and installed around 10 of the Sensi stats with no issues although the early ones were replaced due to a recall. The reason for only 4 stars is that I recently had one of 4 Sensi stats installed for a good customer fail within the 5 year warranty period (Supply House will take care of it within the 1st year). I filled out the online customer service request twice and did not receive a response. My customer eventually was able to contact Emerson via phone where warranty was denied even though I have documentation of the installation date. The lack of customer service and the way my customer's call was handled will have me switching the brand of WiFi stat that I install although I did buy 1 to replace the failed one. Note that the app works great and I have 1 in my own home.

Disappointing Results
Somehow this Sensi product has changed from one I purchased a little over a year ago. The thermostat I just recently purchased refuses to stay connected to WI-FI . I purchased a second from another source and it does the same thing. I went as far to set one of the new ones next to the thermostat I purchased last year and it lost connection while the older did not. We have created a special 2.4 network for devices like this and it didn't help either. I have reached out to Sensi and have yet to receive a response after several days. When first looked into Sensi thermostats one of their reps called a least once a month for a year, now I can't even get them to respond to an email. Very disappointing

Look at your utility's (both gas and electric utility) website. They often offer these thermostats free or close to free. If not, look at their free energy audit program, they sometimes give them away with the free energy audit.

Fantastic WiFi enabled Thermostat
We had to have our old HVAC system (heat pump, propane, AC) system replaced after 14 years. I had always had programmable thermostats, but this one, with WiFi access, provides a whole new level of monitoring the performance of the system. Would not change it for anything!

Best Thermosat to have
The thermostat works perfectly. Wi-fi connection was easy and quick. The humidity control in hot humid Florida works so well, that I no longer need to use a de- humidifer in the master closet. Perfect product.

Cost effective internet thermostat
Great product. Have 3 now. Easy to install. Easy to set up. Needs a C wire. Converted an unused fan control wire (Green) to a C wire.

Verified Reply- Supplyhouse.com TeamAccording to the Sensi Wi-Fi manual it shows a sample schedule with 4 different time periods for temperature set points both on heat and cool. If you have any further questions about programming time settings, I would recommend reaching out to Emerson directly.
