Great product from a great brand
I was re-piping my home and have a humidifier connection I need to make. The original plumbers did a compression fitting on the copper. Sure that is OK, but when I replace the copper around the water heater I decided to solder on a NPT male connection. Dahl is concerned an excellent brand for making quality valves. This was a no brainer and now I have a secure stop valve for my humidifier.

The best female thread angle stop I have found. I have had other brands crack. Not good!
