Q: I'm interested in using this as a bypass for a hot water recirculation system. What temperature range can be set? Is this also a one-way check valve? The valve shuts off flow ABOVE the set temp, correct? Thanks.

Q: What is actually included in the package? Thermostat, valve that is controlled by the thermostat, pipe as shown with plastic handle that can be threaded to the radiator and supply pipe? What else is missing to turn this into a fully functioning control where there is no existing valve? How is this different from Armstrong's $19.95 RV-4 (http://www.armstronginternational.com/thermostatic-valves-rv-4-straight-angle)? How much would a fully functioning thermostat plus actuator and pipe section cost?
