Worked Great for a Sink Drain Offset from Wall Outlet
My wall outlet is offset from my sink drain more than the 3.5 inch reach of my p-trap. I used this 45 to add some reach.
To make the inside smooth to act as a Sweep rather than an Ell, I simply carved off the mid-point inner ridge with a sharp pen knife. Result: Very smooth inner surface all-around, just as good as a sweep.
