A water heater I'd recommend
We installed our water heater at a commercial sink in our church kitchen that took for ever to get hot. The compact size of the overall unit made it very discreet. The fact it operates on 115v made wiring it a snap and to plumb it was a cinch.
Perfect for us where we don't need a lot of hot water continuously but when we do it's nice to have enough do demand
