Mixed Review
I used this to descale a noritz on-demand hot water heater. In the past I have always used flow-aide. When I use flow-aid, the water solution becomes chalky/hazy. If you shine a light at the water you can see crystals floating in the cleaning solution. There's visual evidence of something happening. When I used this product, the water was the same from start to finish. I give this a 3 star, because I cannot look inside the unit for a before and after result, but my gut says it doesn't do as good of job for the water I have in my area. That's my two cents.
