hot water is most stable with a tank. half way through 1 shower, you have to adjust water temp level so frequently, i felt like i was driving my car! so i removed and reinstalled in my garage for the convenience of hot water. the unstableness is not noticeable and in that situation, it works.

I added this to system that was not keeping up. Really helped, as there was not enough hot water for whole family.

Purchased this product because it was readily available at a competitive price. It is Just the right size for a kitchen sink that is far away from our main hot water tank. I recommend more detailed information on the plumbing connection identification. (Definitely need some patience if you are not an experienced plumber)

I purchased this and installed it on a small sink in my restroom at work, we don't have a great need for hot water, but the issue I had was that this model even though bigger than the one I replaced can only provide hot water with a limited flow of water otherwise you get lukewarm water. I had to restrict the flow to almost a dibble, one-eighth of the normal flow, then I got the displayed temp on the unit. 3. If I was not limited in space I would upgrade it to a much larger unit, so do your research and ask the question before you order if you are guessing at functionality. Ultimately the weight is on me and my inexperience with tankless water heaters, but I am learning.

This small tankless water heater is perfect for small restroom. Easy to install.

Under a kitchen sink. Compact. Works with #6 wire and 50 amp ex stove breaker. Not sure as to longevity as I replaced another that has been in place 5 years. Should last longer than that. But I wanted one that could work on 50 Amp breaker. Not common.

We installed unit under our sink in bathroom...we are able to take HOT showers without waiting for water to " heat" up.... We also have smaller unit in kitchen... Price, customer service and delivery of product spot on....

If your requirement is to have hot water for one or two sinks this may be sufficient. Installing was difficult as it has G thread, standard in European countries so you need an adapter to convert to NPT. They don't include washer required for G thread.

This is the third tankless I have had installed in the past ten years in different properties I have owned. I chose this unit because my water here is mineral rich so the technology in this unit was a deciding factor. So far the unit is operating well and suits my needs. The temperature selection dial is easy to use and the digital display is easy to read. I only rated four stars because it is a new installation so I cannot offer a long term evaluation.
