High quality well made
This thing is still like they used to make them. Metal construction, heavy and bomber. Nice to get the fan outside building envelope and look forward to many years of reliable service on this one

Buying another one today
I installed this fan in the kitchen of the tiny home that I am finishing out. I made a cardboard pattern to ensure proper alignment of the two holes required. Installation is fairly straightforward. I added a damper to prevent backflow of air. The fan noise inside is minimal. I will be ordering another one today for the bathroom.

This ventilator fan has a fantatstic reputation!
The first series of Fantech are examples of incredible longevity -lasting upwards of 25 years! (client home reference with this replacement).
The premium motor affords speed control. Thus making CFM volume/flexibility to easily make this unit a "whole house" application. External installation reduces the noise factor vs. interior type ventilators. The white finish is incredibly weather-resistant, standing up to harsh climates for decades!

No Surprises, got what I ordered.
I think these are the best exterior wall mounted exhaust fans available. This particular one I'm using for a small bathroom, I have also used the larger ones for kitchen exhaust. Having the fan outside reduces the noise.
Prompt shipping, well packed in outer double wall box with no damage.
