I purchased this item May 2023. One of the things that sold me on this was it's 2 year warranty. Last month, it decided it didn't like me anymore. I got in touch with customer service and I was very surprised at how well the experience went. Told them what was going on with it, when it was purchased, etc. They verified my purchase and asked for the model of my unit. They offered an option that was great, but all I wanted was just this particular unit. No issues. No other questions. No hassles. Replacement was delivered in a very timely manor. Great company to do business with that stands behind their products.

Works fine
Easier to install than replacing the whole motor, and worked fine. The one I received did seem like an open-box item, but everything was in order and the ECM ran through the first-time-run direction routine, so it wasn't run before. The directions include steps to test the motor to ensure it's good too.

ECM Module Unexpectedly Failed
The blower stopped operating for a friend of mine. I replaced this blower with a Evergreen Motor in 2019. After a few quick tests it seemed the module was bad. I was amazed other venders were charging nearly the same price for the module as a whole new motor! Supply House had the module for less, free shipping getting to me in a couple days in the midst of Christmas. Easy to install back up and running in no time.
