The Evergreen VS motor and Evergreen VS user interface are designed to replace Genteq constant airflow (variable speed) ECM indoor blower motors. The Evergreen VS product line is designed specifically to replace Genteq models 2.3, Eon and 3.0 motors. These motors represent the largest volume of variable speed motors used to date in HVAC OEM indoor blower motor applications.
Please note: When replacing a Genteq motor 2.3 or Eon, the Evergreen VS user interface 5K010 is required and sold separately.

last week I would have rated this motor 5 stars -Not anymore
I installed this as a Replacement motor in an air handler. It has failed after only 10 years. Life is good so this may qualify as whining, but I really expected a heat only air handler fan motor to last longer. I am replacing this motor with another brand. (unless the same company also makes the competing motor and paints it a different color.)

As described.
Motor arrived fairly promptly. A shorter shipping time would have been a real plus. AC down for several days in Florida heat and humidity.
Motor was as described, fit perfectly.
Price was very good. Saved $800+ over local HVAC contractor price for the exact same motor!!!

Great product, great price
Just as advertised. Easy to install and works great. My local heating guy diagnosed my problem as a burnt out blower motor in my furnace. His price for a replacement motor was $1400 not including installation. You guys had a better replacement for less than $500 and I installed it myself. Included installation instructions were great.

Greatest motor ever
This thing is incredible. I replaced my GE EMC 2.3 with this motor and the user interface 5k010, and it was so simple for about 1/2 the cost of the OEM motor and 1/4 the cost of a contractor. I cannot stress enough how easy this was to do--just a screwdriver, wrench, and plug and play electronics, no wire splicing needed. Quite frankly, dusting and cleaning everything took just as long as the install.

Seems like a decent motor.
I have just installed this motor and everything went well. Fit and function was what I had hoped for. I replaced a 3/4 hp Genteq and had to use the controller. System works great!
