Great product and Service
I use this to circulate water from my water heater throughout the house. Otherwise, it takes nearly 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower at the other end of the house.

The perfect replacement
Our home was originally plumbed for a recirculating pump and it proved to be very convenient. However, the high calcium in the supplied water shortened the lifespan and the bearing failed causing a vibration and loud noise that could be heard from our bedroom. It was quite disturbing. We replaced the pump and installed a water softening system to reduce the calcium. We hope to get many years of service from this pump as it's working exactly as advertised.

This replaced the same style pump that was 15 years old. The new version is better and has a flow adjustor. The customer service of this company is outstanding.

Perfect replacement for SMT-303-BSW
I bought a 20 year old house that had a hot water circulator pump… A Laing SMT-303-BSW pump that was bad. That model was no longer available. So, I found this one, consulted SupplyHouse in hopes it would install in the sweat soldered fixture the old one was in…it did! Replaced the o ring, installed the timer (sold separately) and was up and running in 15 minutes. Many thanks to the online support help ( used text in my case )! Professional and very helpful.
