COMFORT 10-16 TDT BU/LC is high-efficiency and low energy consumption domestic hot water circulator with lead free brass housing. It is built with an ECM (Electronically Commutated Motor) for maximum performance.The pump provides instant hot water to homeowners and reduces water waste. Typical applications are water heater storage tank or water heater systems with a dedicated return line in one- or two-family homes. The pump has three control modes, timer, termperature and time/temperature combo. Control modes are designed for energy-conscious households that use hot water regularly on a daily basis. Homeowners can easily schedule pump operating times using push buttons and LEDs on the pump front screen.
When the temperature control mode is enabled, the pump monitors the water temperature and automatically adjusts its ON/OFF settings according to the highest temperature detected in the system. This ensures that the pump operates efficiently based on these adjusted ON/OFF temperatures.

Works Great
As expected, it recirculated my hot water. Initially it was louder than expected, but after the initial priming of the water lines to get air out of the line, it was quiet. We now have much faster hot water after an adjustment to the default programming for the recirculation.

High quality, quiet, efficient.
I put a hot water recirculation line in. I liked the Grundfos I had previously in a different home for the same purpose, but it had the dip switches vs. the "digital" dip switches that this unit has. I really like the programmable timer function but will be trying the temperature mode, especially when we have extra people staying in our house and the demand times might vary.

Very happy with our new Grundfos recirc pump.
Our new Grundfos recirc pump is very, very quiet and the timer is so easy to use. The best part for me are the protections built into the pump. I no longer have to worry about coming home to a squealing pump because the well went dry or something else went wrong. I just love it.

Great replacement for the builder grade circ pumps
I've been installing this pump to replace those cheap builder grade recirc pumps. The digital timer is really easy to use and it's super quiet. I'm really happy with this product and I haven't had a single issue.
