Great cleanout cover
It was a little hard to figure out how to install. It actually goes INSIDE of a male pipe end. You just need to glue the inside of the pipe & the cleanout fitting. Fits like a charm once it's in though.

4" pvc stubbed out of walkway for a clean out. Cut the pipe about 1/2" below the surface glued the fitting and tapped it flush.

YES - IT SOLVED A PROBLEM!
THERE WAS A 4" FEMALE FIP ADAPTER WITH A 4" THREADED PLUG, ABOUT 2" ABOVE A CONCRETE FLOOR. CUT OFF AT FLOOR LEVEL & INSTALLED NEW CLEAN OUT WITH FLUSH COVER AT FLOOR LEVEL (NO MORE TRIPPING OVER OLD PIPE)
