Our favorite boilers
These boilers and their combi counterparts are all we install for our customers. We have 100+ of these out there with very very few issues. The bad review of this was by a homeowner and not a professional. If you want a combi, order the combi, not the heat only model, you know, like it says in the description at the top of the page.

My favorite boilers
Don't listen to the bad review. They ordered a heat only boiler expecting it to be a combi. That's on them. This an MFTHW199 when they needed an MFTCW199, C for combi. If you're a homeowner reading this, make sure you hire a professional.

Doesnt work on its own. You need to buy additional tanks
Bought this for my new construction and this has given the plumbers non stop challenges. Wanted to use this for as our whole house water heater and for our hydronic floors. Well apparently this doesn't work on it's own, you need some other sort of tank system to use as a water heater, despite the brochure saying this is on demand.
Talked with support to get this figured out, they hung up on me. Focusing on a return to go with Rinnai at my plumbers recommendation and will not be ordering from supply house again.

I loved this product and would by it again.
My son and I love this boiler!!! The previous Burnam boiler that we bought but returned due to transportation damage had 2" exhaust and inlets, and 1" inlet/outlets for hot water. 2" diameter steel exhaust pipe is impossible to find.
In contrast, this one had 3" exhaust and combustion air inlets which are easy to get steel vent pipe for. Electrical hook-ups were easy!!! It also had an outdoor sensor that the previous Burnam did not. Overall, an excellent boiler!!! I would buy it again in a second!!!
