Deep Cup Duo Strainer Snap Lock Basket Brass Slip Nut

Everything that I have bought from SupplyHouse has been very good quality but this strainer is a little tough to get out of the basket the ball bearing doesn't want to move very well. I do a lot of new kitchens for a retirement community and nursing home. I'm a little concerned that one of my customers may have a hard time with it.

Much better than the one I have been using. Brass nuts, not pot metal.

Bought six of these and wasted 4 dishwasher tailpieces. Everytime I screw the slip nut from quality dishwasher tailpieces they won't "grab" properly and strip off. Tried same tailpieces on Dearborn and no problem.

Our plumbers prefer these over any other. They make quick and easy installs.

had one that the bottom nut would not tighten

Seemed like a good product, I use a lot of basket strainers and have found that some simply don't make a good connection at the tailpiece. Used three of them and they all leaked. Most stores don't sell rubber top washers anymore so it's hard too fix. I won't be using these again unless I'm contacted with news of an improvement.
