My go to basket strainer replacement
I stock these for service jobs and am happy with the quality. I love that they come with a brass nut and not a die cast nut. Good bang for your buck! I have installed over 20 of this model basket strainer using plumbers putty and have never had a call back.

Good quality and price.
The brass nut that holds the tailpiece needs to be a few threads deeper, once a top hat washer is in there you can only catch a couple threads or less and it pops off if you try and snug it up. Fix that and 5 stars all day baby

20yr plumber says NO
Threads cut for nut and top washer have too much "clearance" in thread cut and not enough nut height to hold top washer to tail piece while trying to make it tight to the strainer. I had to rummage a taller nut for it to fit the common tail piece and supplied top washer. As is, I would avoid this product, it guaranteed me 2 call backs for disconnected tail pieces.
