This Tool is Awesome
I love this thing. It's so heavy duty and easy to use. Makes connections super fast and perfect every time. Just repiped a whole house with it and it made the job quick, easy, and enjoyable (new tools are fun.) I should note that I'm not using it with the Viega system, but with the Mr. Pex system (press sleeves with standard crimp fittings.) I contacted Mr. Pex and they told me it was compatible. I've made at least a few hundred connections so far and not one leak. This tool is my new favorite thing.

Both batteries dead, zero electricity.
I received my tool in undamaged packaging and an undamaged case. The tool itself and jaws were perfect working order and worked great. However, the pair of 2.0 Milwaukee batteries that came with it were completely dead. And I don't mean they needed to be charged. I mean, they have no sign of electrical activity. No light when you push the battery tester button on them. The charger quick flashes red/green. I tried several other different chargers. I put the batteries on my voltage meter with 0.0 electrical activity. When I contacted supplyhouse.com about this they informed me that I had to go through the warranty process thru Milwaukee. I had to send the batteries back and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Thank goodness I own many many Milwaukee tools and have plenty of spare batteries. But those batteries sell for over $100 apiece. So out of the $800+ I spent on this kit at this time I have been burned on over 25% of my purchase price.

Both batteries dead, zero electricity.

My wife ordered me this as a present...unfortunately I don't use the fittings that these crimp and I will be ordering the right one but, for what I seen it is an amazing tool...even tho I'm a dewalt guy I definitely would recommend this for crimping especially how fast the tool works and how light weight it is
