Excellent boiler, Fantastic service
I Purchased this unit to replace a 40 year old boiler of the same brand. The boiler came with the burner, tankless water heater, and circulator pump. The boiler unit itself came fully assembled, burner and pump were packaged separately, but within the pallet package. The unit also came with an upgraded nozzle if you need a higher BTU.
Installation was straight forward. Did the usual checking everything was assembled correctly and nothing fell out of place. Upon startup, everything was in good order, pump pressure and air surprisingly didn't need adjustments.
The only recommendation I can make is to use Teflon tape on the fittings for the tankless coil instead of the liquid thread lock. The input side tend to get hot and cold and the fluctuation caused water seepage with the liquid threadlock.
Customer service at SupplyHouse was truly excellent. I received the first boiler without a tankless coil. They worked with me to get the right one out in a very short time. Everyone I spoke to was wonderful and very helpful.
I would highly recommend this boiler, and Supply House for this and other components.
