Outstanding product!
I purchased this instant water heater to replace a similar Noritz product that worked flawlessly for 13 years. It supplies hot water to a one bath 450 sq. foot home. I'm sold on this brand. I would have repaired the old one but some of the replacement parts were no longer available.
