Exact Replacement for Original Shut Off Valve
Supply House never disappoints. Replaced the hot and cold washing machine shut off valves. Order arrived earlier than estimated. Packaging was spot on. Took me longer to drain my manibloc shutoffs than what it took to swap out the old shutoff valves. Here's to another 25 years of use before having to replace them again.

This is an excellent piece of hardware. Unfortunately, it didn't fit my system and Oatey no longer makes my valve. The valve that needed replacing had a pipe thread at its inlet and this has a straight thread for a compression fitting. I will say that SupplyHouse handled the refund in a really considerate and professional manner. I'd also corresponded with Oatey to identify the correct valve. That's how I found out that Oatey didn't make it anymore. Oatey then went the extra mile and searched the SupplyHouse website for a suitable replacement and found one by Dahl. I ordered a set from SupplyHouse and they fit my wall box fitting perfectly. Well done Oatey and SupplHouse!

THIS PRODUCT IS A VERY GOOD PRODUCT, UNFORTUNATELY IT HAS COMPRESSION THREADS AND MINE HAS COURSE OR STANDARD PIPE THREADS, SO I HAD TO RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT NO ISSUES, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS LONG AS THEY HAVE WHAT YOU NEED 👍
