Great Product
Pay attention on the wiring as it is confusing on the brochure and is confusing in the comments.
The problem is on ppl's definition on the "dedicated" 20 Amp circuit that is required.
For this unit it means that the entire product is on one 20 Amp circuit. The Heater and the Vent are wired onto and powered by the same "Line". I ran the dedicated 20 Amp line from the circuit breaker box to the switch gang box. I then ran that "Line" to a "Leviton 5627-T 20 Amp, 120/277 Volt, Decora Single-Pole / Single-Pole AC Combination Switch, Commercial Grade, Grounding, Light Almond - two switches for one space. That way I did not have to enlarge the gang box for one more switch. One switch in the combo Leviton goes to the Heater, and the other switch goes to the Vent "Load". The one 20 Amp Line powers both switches.
I hope this clears up the confusion I found when reading about this unit.

Bad design
This new model is supposed to be new and improved but it's actually worse. When you turn it on it takes 5-10 seconds for it to actually start sucking air. I bought two thinking that the first one was defective but the second one was the same way. And then good luck returning an open item. Even my contractor as wondering what's wrong with it.

Bad design

While the house that this heater/fan is going into is still under remodel, I have this heater/fan in another house and really like it. It is quiet and puts out the heat when I want it in the winter. Fairly easier to install. Instructions could be a little more detailed.
Fan motor has a delay when you turn on. Fan does not come on right away.
Seems strange when you are used to the cheaper box store fans
