Part 393691 is the NG to LP conversion kit for this valve. It comes with the valve but can be ordered separately if it is lost or needs to be replaced.
In response to Steveo's question: The illustrations appears to be of a Honeywell VR8200H gas control. If so, yes, it can be used on Propane but requires installation of the Honeywell 393691 LP Conversion Kit. Detailed information and instructions are included in Honeywell document Number 68-0046-4 (.pdf). Pex is an excellent supplier. Hope this helps. Stu33
