I have the Rinnai RU180i natural gas condensing tankless water heater with condensate neutralizer PN 804000074, the quantity of material is sufficient for one refill. It's important to remove all of the old material, clean the housing, end cap filter screens, and end caps with household white vinegar, purge the drain line with vinegar (16 to 32 oz.) , flush the drain line with water (2.5 gallons), and then reassemble and fill with the new replacement fill material. All this is to ensure there is adequate drainage flow (no back-ups). The material does not come with instructions.

I needed a refill for my tankless water heater 's condensate neutralizer. The picture depicted what looked like something similar. The material that I have arde little white balls. The picture showed what looked like rocks. However, what I got was the exact same little whiteballs. Supply House, you should update your picture.
