To noisy, tried to isolate with rubber and stiff foam, helped a little bit but still to noisy

Fixed the problem
The original transformer was getting buzzy, and died completely at the end of Summer this year. The new transformer was rated slightly higher in output amperage
(this is completely acceptable), and had inputs for all 3 common voltages in use today. Just covered the unused input wires, installed it and the entire problem was gone. Came with instruction/diagram for wiring to different input voltages.
