I would buy this product again.
Used to replace saddle valve. Product is so easy to install and works so much better than the saddle valve for my furnace humidifier.

Better than supplied saddle tees on humidifier install
Bought one as i didn't trust the saddle tee that came with the humidifier. Super easy clean install. Solid quarter turn you can close in the summer when humidifier is off. Easy fit into an existing copper line no need for a slip tee just use a depth gauge.

As a mechanical contractor, we use these to install our humidifiers. They work well and are quick. We never use saddle taps and periodically the sweat in valves leak, these have been trouble free.

No more floods when changing water filters
I have 4 20 inch big blue filter housings. When I changed the filters I would always get a flood since I didn't want to completely drain the house in order to change the filters. I put this valve in and isolated the housings with ball valves. Now I can close the valves, open the Tee valve and relieve the pressure without any problems. This also lets me bleed the air from the filters without getting air in the pipes. I wish I thought of this a long time ago.

Replace those stupid saddle valves.
I use these to replace/install those cheap a@& saddle valves on ice makers and humidifiers. Never have a call back and the valve actually works when shut off.
