Slant/Fin uses only copper seamless-drawn tubing or Schedule 40 steel pipe. Each fin has a tongue-and-groove collar which interlocks with the next fin for accurate and
uniform spacing and prevents fins from twisting
loose. This full wall thickness and strength of copper
tubing and IPS steel pipe are maintained by forcing
tubing through undersized fin holes under high
hydraulic pressure. A force-fit mechanical bond is
attained which maintains maximum heat transfer
indefinitely.
Compact models (E-75, H-3 and H-4) feature double
bent aluminum fins, providing extra heating surface
in a slimmer profile. Edges of each fin are
wedged against the next. Fins reinforce each other -
won't be crushed, bent or twisted. End fins are of
plated steel for extra ruggedness. Expanded copper tubing ends eliminate couplings, reduce soldering. Steel elements are factory threaded at both ends.
I last modified my hot water baseboard system 20 years ago. The elements that I just got, to address a too cold entry way, are better quality than I got 20 years ago. It's great to be able to get an upgrade when most things are cheaper/worse than they were in the past. Excellent website, communication and performance here.

OK baseboard element
Very thin walled copper tubing - not sure if that is by design for heat exchangers. One end of piping is larger and fits into another element, however this large end is not compatible with standard copper piping. I had to cut it off (very carefully because the wall is so thin) and use sweat couplings to attach to the rest of my copper loop.

Great service quick response
the first one I received was bent in about three places. Supply house sent a replacement very fast. The packaging was much larger and it arrived with no damage.
Yes, this may be used with hot water created from a wood fired boiler system

Q: the spec sheet does not have rating for E75? How do we get that?
