Perfect for converting irrigation heads to 3/4"
When replacing some damaged irrigation sprinkler heads, the only products that I could find at the local big box stores to fit my situation had a 1/2" inlet. All the in ground fittings were 3/4". I tried unsuccessfully to find this adaptor, but nobody carried them locally. When I attempted to solve the issue by using two fittings to adapt 1/2' male to 3/4" female, the added length cause the sprinkler head to extend too high above the lawn, putting it in jeopardy of lawn mower damage. These fittings solved the problem perfectly. I purchased extras for when I will eventually have to convert more of the sprinkler heads in my irrigation system.

I would not recommend this part for a sink faucet
This 3/8'' x 1/2'' pvc schedule 40 female adapter will not work for 3/8''connector for moen sink install , the 3/8'' portion is oversized and will not hookup to a standard 3/8 ;; hookup ! Do not waste your money or time with this adapter , go to the metal alternatives that do work from other manufactures !

Rapid response to a simple request
This product was used to convert a PVC 3/4" male fitting into a PVC 1/2" female fitting. This saved a lot of time as I replace an old 3/4" irrigation sprinkler body to 1/2" sprinkler body. This adapter worked out great. I wanted to replace some 3/4 in rotors with 1/2 in sprayers utilizing K Rain adjustable nozzles . These adapters fit perfectly and a great price too!

Fast and accurate
Crazy fast shipping. This item is not carried at any of the big box DIY stores. Worked perfectly for reducing the 3/4 inch male pipe down to 1/2 inch for my replacement sprinkler head. I bought several for future replacements.
