I will buy this product again.
I have not installed the underfloor heating mat yet as renovations are beginning at the end of the month however, I do like the quality of the items. I expect the performance to be equal to my expecations.

Extremely helpful staff
Very happy with the install and product. Product came in two boxes and the USPS placed the order onto two trucks for delivery. Delivered one box to the wrong address. When I called about the missing product they started a replacement immediately, apologized for the inconvenience and went out of their way to help. I would do businness with them for the way their customer support staff dealt with me and the situation. The product is very good and the customer support is excellent!

Easy to install
Installed several of these, and they have been pretty easy to install. the only issue i had was that in order to install tile over the mat you have to use 1/4in notch on the mat and 3/8-1/2in notch everywhere else.
