Supply House is great!
We needed one of these circulator asap. I did a search on the Internet to try to get a better price than our local store and that's how we found Supply House. Not only did they beat the price by almost $100 but they also offered free overnight shipping. Although we only needed one pump we bought two because it was such a good deal. And they actually were here within 24 hours. Amazing company!

I would never buy anything else from this place
I bought a circular pump and when I received it, it didn't work. Rather than have me send it back and then send me a new one, they made me try to contact the manufacturer, which was impossible. I could never get anyone. So after about a week of trying I had my friend take the pump apart and see if he could fix it. Lucky for me he did.

This circulator pump in my forced water heating system supplies hot water to the AHU in the attic that heats the whole house, so when it stopped spinning, I had to replace it ASAP.
The pump came on time & the only thing I had to do was to rotate the motor with the wiring box to avoid conflict with the shut off valves. The installation went uneventfully & the unit is spinning now, as it's supposed to. Some very quiet gurgling noises could be attributed with the air in the system (remains to be seen).

Best service ever!
Ordered a circulator pump for our furnace. Was sent out quickly but unbeknownst to us UPS put it in a snowbank end of our driveway but reported delivered at our door. Told your rep the situation and he sent another right away. Eventually found the first one and Supplyhouse paid to have it shipped back.

Q: Is there any maintenance that can be done to the pump to prolong the life of the pump. I have an outside wood furnace that is an open system so o2 is allowed in and my water is high in mineral content. Any advice would be appreciated. I am only getting about 2 years out the pumps

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffFor an open system, you need the 009-SF5 stainless steel pump. The cast iron pump is rusting and failing, so switching to the stainless steel pump could help prolong the life of the pump for your system.
