This mixing valve is junk
I bough this one to replace the one that I got 2 weeks before it. I tried to use it in in floor heat. I have a high end boiler that reads outside temperature to find its set point. This mixing valve could not handle the changing temperature it was all over the place 106 to 160 it had no control at all. The first one did the same thing. So I replaced it whit a Watts LFMMV-UT-M1 mixing valve now the in floor heat stays at 115 +/-1.
