I replaced the circulation pump on my boiler with the identical pump. I liked the electrical connections. The clamps work with just a flick of the finger so no tools are required. They hold the wires in place securely.The gaskets install with no extra material. The down side of this pump is that it needs to be run periodically even when heat is not required or it will loose its water lubrication and seize requiring replacement. This is the mistake I made. I let it sit unused for two years. It is easy to diagnose by removing the shaft cover with a slot screw driver and turning the shaft with the screw driver. If it does not turn easily the pump is on its way out even if it still works. The price is right and the pump arrived when promised.

Bottom line is, they fail...... consistently!
For the longest time I used Will circulator. I really liked the universal flanges and the prices were consistently lower than an equal Taco or Grundfos. About 2 years or so ago I began having issues, the circulators would fail. And in the most basic of installations. I received very little assistance from Wilo .... I sent them 3 circulator to inspect but never heard back from them. Out of the last 9 circulator that I installed, all failed within 3 months. I had to replace them, eventually, with Taco's. Like I said I really liked the universal flanges but now I buy and stock Taco or Grundfos circulators.
I would recommend that you do the same.!

Solid, affordable pump
I ended up buying several of these to replace the old B&G pumps in my household hydronic heating system. They have been working great for several years now. Only thing I had to learn was, in one of my zones, the pump would need to be purged by removing the plug on the motor and let some of the air out when refilling the system, otherwise it would switch on but just spin instead of pumping water.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThis pump is a rotated flange model. The standard-flange version of it is part number 4105032. An easy rule of thumb is that all Wilo rotated flange pumps have an 'X' in their model number.
