Overview
This cartridge is compatible with the following filter housings:
- Protect Your Family and Household Appliance from Chlorine and More: Say goodbye to smelly, bad tasting water! The FC25B carbon block filter is specially designed to remove up to 99% of chlorine from water as well as taste and odor compounds.
- Standard Size: Our filter set fits standard 20” x 4.5” housings, including brand name models.
- Our FC25B CTO Carbon Block filters are made of coconut shell activated carbon to increase filtration efficiency and extend filter life. Activated carbon is an effective adsorbent because it is a porous material and provides a large surface area to which contaminants may adsorb. They are tested by an independent third-party to meet NSF/ANSI standards. Water flow: up to 15 GPM.

Great filter for Big Blue - I will buy again
The filter(s) arrived nicely packaged and where not damaged. I struggled to unscrew the old filter housing until I remembered to press the red pressure release button. After releasing pressure the old cartridge was easy to remove and replace with the new filter cartridge. It fit perfectly.
