Restocking my reserve supply for the future.
This contactor is for my 26-year old outside A/C unit (Goodman model CK49-1, 4-ton unit).
The Goodman CK49-1 had a "spell" recently, so I replaced the old contactor with the one in my reserves (along with the capacitor). THIS one I bought will go onto my shelves until it's needed. The last time I ordered one from Supply House it was a Honeywell brand (2-pole, 40 amp, 24vac) contactor. This one I purchased is a "resideo" brand model DP2040A 5004....(2-pole, 40 amp, 24vac) contactor. Same model #, so not sure if this is an off-shoot of the Honeywell brand, or what?
