Does not look exactly like this photo but does the same job. Not easy to join the z-vent sections but easy enough for a 65 year old woman to install. Be sure to buy at least one variable length of straight pipe between each bends. No part of the z-vent exhaust is flexible, INCLUDING THIS PART. I wish I had had enough sense to buy the double wall pipe or maybe a separate section for the back-draft damper nearer to the room termination. Really cold when heater is not in use (I bought the combo heater/z-vent adapter with the condensate tube and the damper).
Q: is this vent used to accomodate an offset from the water heater to the vent position and is it adjustable. Also is it compatible with the TK-4-IN Takagi Tankless Indoor Water Heater (Natural Gas).

Yes, you would use this for an offset. It is not adjustable. It is compatible with the TK-4.
