I generally enjoy purchasing from SupplyHouse and always plan carefully to avoid returns. However, in this case, the customer changed the layout of the HVAC space, making the short tube I ordered unusable. Unfortunately, I had to pay $32 for return shipping, which felt steep given the circumstances. While I appreciate the product quality, this experience left me disappointed with their return process.

I ran the other large hoses for years and never could really justify the cost of the TruBlu hoses until I broke down and got a set for a large project. Pulled 86 large VRF units on a 31 story building and it was "butter" smooth. Ran 2 pumps, 4 hoses. Started with a TruBlu set and another 1/2" set of high quality hoses I'd always used. I quickly ordered another set of the Blu's Also run their micron gauges which I had long before the hoses. It's a good set. Well worth the investment. #get the 90° offsets for the equipment ends. They'll make ya smile. * I don't use their core tool remover. Quite happy with the APP.

Go trublu and be done with it. Incredible vacuum times, solid built, provided protection caps for connection ends, and different length hoses available with the same attachments that come in the kit. Couldn't't ask for more. Only gripe would be not getting two slim style stainless clamps in this kit because the aluminum clamp is a bit bulky.

This is an example from a heat pump I installed today. I pulled down 25' 3/8"x1/4" 12k system down to 199.6 microns in 2:03 minutes, it finished off at 52 microns in 16 minutes. Paired with NAVAC NRP6Di Vacuum Pump and Appion valve core removers. Time adds up over a year, for me it seems like its worth it. I'd buy another SS fitting because the aluminum one is somewhat difficult to use with my setup.

Worth every penny!

To many parts leak point not flexible at ALL hard to tighten hoses wish it was returnable but to late I had to use it .

This tool performed beyond what I could have imagined. I will continue to guy this as we add vans to our company.

This is awesome, highly recommend to everyone. I have microns around 200 within 30 minutes. If you purge line set with nitrogen and then use it its priceless.
