No, B&G does not offer a replacement cartridge.
The flange to flange distance on the NRF-22 is 6-3/8".
This pump is water lubricated and does not and should not be oiled.
Replacement gaskets are part 118368.
I ordered two 1/25 HP, NRF-22 Red Fox Circulator Pump<http://www.pexsupply.com/Bell-Gossett-103251-1-25-HP-NRF-22-Red-Fox-Circulator-Pump-5600000-p> to replace my SLC-25 103201. The new pumps fitted exactly in place of the old ones. Unfortunately one of the new pumps only lasted two years before it went open-circuit. But again it was easy to replace.
I have replaced several and they work just fine. Important note is I have 7 separate heat systems in my house so if you are going to replace entire house pump with 1/25, especially if you have 2nd story might not circulate as quickly as needed.
Make sure the air is bleed out. The pump should work. Sent from my iPhone
No just the gaskets
I think you have to order the flanges separately.
No It does not.
It burned up one I had but took a couple of years to do it.....so says my plumber....
I don't think it would damage anything. I did the same thing myself.
Possibly. The pump would be flowing in the opposite direction of the main pump. The main pump is a ot more powerful and this will stress the small zone pump. This will heat up the motor. If the pump has been run so hot that it does not operate anymore the pump has been damaged beyond repair. As long as the pump has been operated for a short time it may have only cost you time and some $.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer replacement impellers for this pump.
This pump is a cast iron and should not be used on a plumbing system because it will rust.
The pump curves are slightly different. The NRF-33 is a closer match to the Series 100. The new pump will need flanges.
