Great prices and service

I couldn't be happier! The Bell & Gosset, 100 series replacement circulator motors & pumps were reasonably priced and the free deliveredery made it a "no brainer". The motors/pumps were ready to install, right out of the box. They were an exact match and fit right in. They also included the flange gaskets and B&G oil for the motors and pumps, at no additional cost. I cut blocks of wood the exact size of the pump, to maintain the space and ensure the upper pipes didn't sag/break. Thank you SupplyHouse for being there when I needed you. My wife is also very thankfull that the boiler is fixed and the house is warm, once again.

pump inoperative

B&G pumps are usually the best...But this one would not run right out of the box...looks like the factory assembled this one by tightening one bolt (out of 4 ) to the max. causing the impeller to jam (and crack) against the inlet housing then pulled the other 3 down. Pex supply is shipping a new one out the next day ,prepaid freight as well as a prepaid pick up for the old one. HORRAY!!!!... I WILL CHECK THE NEW ONE BEFORE I TAKE TO THE JOB...

Direct fit with old pump

Previous pump was 65 yrs old. Direct replacement. Not quite bui;t as well as older pump but what is anymore. Still a great product. Will run loader for a while, takes time for bearings to wear in.

Same item Saved money

I needed a recirculating pump for my home heating system. Supply House had the exact replacement pump at a price that was much less than the plumbing supply dealers and big box home store. The pump was on my doorstep the next day. I saved a lot of money!

If you cannot isolate the circulator in your piping system, then you will need to drain the system.

Yes Pete, you will need to drain the system to replace the pump.

To install my new circulator, I had to shut off the incoming water supply and drain the water out of the entire heating system for sure. I do not think there is any other way to do it. The entire pump B&G 100 assembly is made up of the motor and impeller (which circulates the water through the heating system). Basically I had to unbolt the old one at the flanges, remove it and then bolt in the new one. Then I had to turn on the water supply refill the heating system and bleed out the air. Hope that helps.

Yes you'll need to drain the pumps and shutoff the supply line to the pump. You may need several buckets to drain the pipe on both sides of the pump, depending on the length of the pump. Good Luck.

Yes you will, Turn off the power supply and then drain the pipes, Install new and refill pipes, then you will need to turn power supply back on then bleed the lines.
