well worth it - best price in town
replaced 2 bathroom vanity tops and all of the 30 year valves were shot - couldn't either open or shut. These made it easy to remove and replace without a tight space to sweat new valves consideration

CRACKED Quarter Turn Press Angle Stop
I should have checked for updated installation instructions. When I first ordered these a year ago, I was told by Supplyhouse Staff(during a associate help chat) to press both rings. So, that's what I did just recently with two valves. Bad idea. When You press the ring closest to the valve body, it splits the back of the valve open and leaks bad. Still a really good valve for the money.

Interesting That It Has Two O-rings
These Angle Stops Are Meant To Be Pressed Twice. There's Two O Rings Like On A Press Coupking. Cheap Plastic Handle, But It Works.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouseHi Argos! You only press the bottom one further from the valve, you do not press the one closer to the valve body.

Q: Just as Plumbum asked, is this fitting supposed to be pressed twice? The fitting appears to have two identical raised rings that a press jaw would seat itself on to make the press. Other manufacturers only have one raised ring for this press connection.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffHi Matthew. The side with the top raised ring (closest to the handle) has already been pressed onto the valve. The only press connection that needs to be made would be a single 1/2" press on the open end with the other raised ring.
