Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffThe body size of the manifold, from RHM02 to RHM12 is all 1''. Rifeng does not produce a 1-1/4'' size unit.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThe RHM04 manifold will work with that PEX as long as you use the proper loop adapter fittings (part MA-50P). Keep in mind that this part is a package that includes fittings for 1/2" PEX-Aluminum-PEX.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffYes, but mounting the manifold in any direction other than uprightly will cause the flow meters not to function correctly.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffRifeng stainless steel manifolds only work with 3/8", 1/2", and 5/8" PEX or PEX-AL-PEX tubing.

Q: What is the test procedure? At what PSI should the system be tested at? How long should the system be tested and how much of a pressure drop is acceptable?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffWe would recommend that you test the system at 60 to 75 psi of air pressure for at least 24 hours. The MP182 pressure test kit works with Rifeng manifolds. Pressure losses up to about 5 psi can be considered normal due to changing weather conditions.
I attached the air fill fitting kit to each individual manifold. Per included instructions, filled the open loops from each manifold to 100 PSI (yes, sounds like overkill but recommended). Rechecked pressure after 24 hours. A drop of about 2 PSI would be about the limit by what I've read. Most common leaks are at the manifold fittings or threads at air fitting kit. Use soapy water to check for leaks.
Q: WHAT FITTING IS REQUIRED TO CONNECT MANIFOLD TO 1" AQUAPEX AT SUPPLY AND RETURN WITH A 90 DEGREE ELBOW?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThere is no single fitting that can do this, but, if you're planning to use a crimp fitting and come out of the supply/return shut-off valves, you can use parts TBN-16CLOSE, TB7-16, and H031000.

Q: Can these be reversed so the supply and return would be on the right hand side?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffYes. You can rotate the manifold as you described by removing the mounting brackets and installing them on the opposite side of the manifold.
Q: we have 16 in and 16 out can we hook up two 8 manifolds together? im 66 years old

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThis is not recommended (and there is not fitting that can accomplish it). We would advise you to branch off the main supply line from the boiler to two separate 8-loop manifolds.
