Good price, good value.

These manifolds are a good value for the price. I am impressed with the features that come on these manifolds. As a professional plumber, I will most certainly use these manifolds again. It will help keep my cost down, and provide more value for my customers heating dollar.

affordable, but mediocre quality

I purchased 5 of these for a large heating project. They are obviously at a nice price point, but they achieve this through the use of some less expensive parts. The flow valves in particular are very low quality. I have had some issues also with internal clogs in the manifold assembly, all of which have been due to the flow valves thread (plastic) being machined by the manifold body (stainless steel) when they were installed at the factory. The flow valves will fill with system water during use, and can become very hard to read once the water is not clear. I also fail to see the point of providing these manifolds at more than 8 loops, as the 1" inlet cannot provide sufficient flow for more than 8 loops. That being said, they are doing the job, and were much less expensive than the Wirsbo manifolds.

Easy install...great price.

Just installed a 4-port to replace my old one. Went together easy. No leaks. Easy to bleed the air from. Only issue I had was that the old manifold didnt have the ball valve/temp. guage on it, so I had to fight the PEX a bit. Great manifold for the price.

FLOW CONTROL VALVES LOWEST QUALITY

I PURCHED THIS 10 ZONE HEAR A YEAR AND HALF AGO. FLOW CONTROL VALVE CRACKED WHILE I WAS AWAY, WATER EVERYWHERE. REPLACEMENT VALVES ARE 2 - 3 MONTHS BACK ORDER, SO MUST BE HAPPENING TO EVERYONE. DONT PURCHACE PRODUCT WITH SUCH A LOW QUALITY VALVE OR YOU TO MAY HAVE WATER EVERYWHERE.

after 3 years of service

On the third heating season I've now loss 3 of the flow meters . Just found the garage flooded. That being said I realized after viewing some pictures "then some common sense" I may have the flow meters on the wrong side of system. They're on the supply side and believe they just can't handle the heat. Got in a jam and used to feed cast radiators at 180 degress to make things worse and may be over heating the unit. Good thing is 3 replacements are under $30 and I will be reworking system to place meters on the return side.

Broke open after 3 months

You get what you pay for. 3 months after install and using it successfully all winter, I go downstairs to see the flow meter randomly split open and is spraying water all over my basement.

Great Manifold for the price

Installed manifold for radiant slab. Install was good, manifold looks great always a hit with homeowners looking for that extra touch. Easy to install, easy to set up. Should not that it doesn't come with mounting hardware so be sure to get some stainless screws.

Expensive but does the job

These one piece 10 loop manifolds are far superior to Mr. Pex modular manifolds. No matter what you do, the modular manifolds leak between them. Although expensive, the one piece design is much better. They look better too.

Beautiful Product

nice product easy set up and connect. Probably more than necessary for my use. Equal runs probably don't need that much balancing. Fun to look at and see the flow when pump is on. [...]

Part 3620005 can be used to connect two Rifeng manifolds together. Just make sure that supply piping can supply adequate flow to the total number of loops.

We would recommend part 3610006 if you need loop shut-offs on this manifold. The manifold comes with shut-off valves for the supply and return.

Q: My supply from the boiler is 3/4 inch from the circulators, The manifold has a supply size of 1". can I reduce the supply line or do I have to change over to 1"?

You can transition over to 3/4". This would probably be most easy to do with a fitting that has 1" threads (e.g. part WP4-12-16 for copper).
