They shipped it to me knowing it was damaged
The vent arrived in a nice - not damaged-sturdy box ,wrapped in plenty of plastic bubble wrap but the actual box for the vent, the one from the manufacturer, and the vent itself were badly damaged. I called the company and asked for a partial refund - DENIED .
I could send it back and get a replacement but I'm in a hurry to get the job done and I don't have the time to deal with the whole process and aggravation. I decided to keep it for now and see if I can still make it work since the damaged part would be inside the wall and out of sight but I'm sure the person that prepared the box knew exactly what they were shipping out.

Quality product, shipped quickly
I purchased this vent after being disappointed with one from Home Depot. This vent is sturdy and has a pest screen the other one did not have. Good service, quick shipping.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse Staff3-1/4" x 10" is the size of the duct. The overall sizing is 12-3/4" wide x 5-5/8" high. The duct fitting protrudes 4-7/8" from back of cap to allow proper fit to the ductwork.
