The Model 636 Steel Roof Cap is the best product on the market for roofing.

This is a well made product at a very good price Unfortunately it does NOT come with a starter collar for the duct u want to attach to it I had to go to a large box store to purchase this item and attach before installing

This damper excellent. The review would be 5 stars if it came with the duct attachment fitting, or if that fitting was an option to purchase separately. The Broan kit that has the damper, the fitting and the 4" flex duct is silly because we always throw away the 4" duct in favor of insulated flex. We use a 4" starting collar to attach our ductwork to the roof termination. Of course the price went up dramatically recently which is likely due to the tariffs on steel.
